    This was my first ever visit to this branch. I spend a lot of money on Starbucks across a few different branches, first and last time here.I ordered upfront on the app minutes before I arrived, when I arrived it wasn’t ready and around - people were waiting by the coffee machine.The older lady operating the machine was incredibly slow given that the machine does % of the work in a Starbucks. After another minutes the lady went off and was replaced with another younger lady with coloured hair, admittedly she was quicker but she was so rushed and picking up the slack on backdated orders that orders were going out wrong.I eventually got mine after minutes in store and minutes after placing the initial order to be met with a drink made with the wrong milk, I was so so angry but didn’t have to time to go back and complain knowing that it would take forever to get another drink.I will not be trying this branch again unfortunately and will stick to the stores I know work alot better than this one

    I ordered an eat-in latte with a muffin, but I got a latte in a paper cup, and when I told them, they simply poured it into a mug. I had to remind them that I also had a muffin, which I also received a look, which I prepared myself to prove that I paid for it. Although they didn't ask for proof, they didn't apologise.I ate my muffin with an ugly latte. I didn't have the energy to stay longer for another latte and possibly another look.

    This Starbucks has thankfully has a refurb so the space is now much brighter and a pleasure to spend time in. Well placed next to the Sainsbury’s the branch is often very busy but I’ve never had an issue with ordering and getting my order on time.Shout out to Runa for being an absolute star. She always remembers my name and my order and I am far from a daily visitor.

    What an unusual experience today!!! This is my regular Starbucks - every Friday for a Clotted Cream fudge with my year old. It’s usually no problem at all to order it for my son with the coffee and the milk separate. Today it was such an issue, the service was appalling, ordered a muffin too ‘to eat in’ but got it in a bag & literally thrown in the face plus the drink came completely different to what we used to have... I tried to explain, no attempt to understand or for the people to even apologise. However, Shaoib intervened in the most diplomatic, warm and great customer service! What would have been an absolute horrible experience, was remedied by another staff. Still no apologies from the others though.
